The Rode VideoMic Pro+ is the latest on-camera shotgun microphone and the follow-up to Rode’s legendary Videomic Pro. The VideoMic Pro Plus improves on its predecessor with better RF-Immunity, a new windshield design, new flexible power options, a 3.5mm output port (instead of a fixed cable), and a variety of new features.
New features on the Pro+ include: auto power-on/off, audio safety channel, two-stage high pass filter (75 hz, 150hz), and high frequency boost.
